All of our apparatus are designed in Pro-E 3-D modeling software and laser cut for unsurpassed accuracy and outstanding fit and finish. Our advanced engineering and manufacturing processes give fire departments the ability to participate in the design of their apparatus to meet their specific operational requirements. Placer Fire Equipment began building fire apparatus in 2002. Starting with Wildland/Urban Interface Pumpers and Light Rescues. Placer has since expanded its product line to include Urban Interface Rated Pumpers, Mini-Pumpers, and Skid Load units.
In 2007, the product line was again expanded to offer Water Tenders in both poly and semi-elliptical stainless steel and an expanded line of Light Rescue vehicles.
